 MISSION STATEMENT: 
"The Mission of the Kingman City Clerk's Office is to record, maintain, and preserve, records of all City business; to provide accurate information in a timely manner to both staff and to the public; to provide for the fair issuance and enforcement of business licensing; and to conduct impartial City elections."

The City Clerk’s office provides a variety of information, services, and support to City staff, elected officials and the public at large.  In addition to keeping the records for the City, the Clerk’s office is also responsible for the following: 

	Preparation and distribution of City Council Agendas
	Record and transcribe Minutes of Council meetings
	Records Management
	Municipal Code updates
	Conduct and oversee City elections
	Publication of all legal ads
	Bid openings
	Business licensing
	Support to City Manager, Mayor and the City Council
	Provide information to the public in an efficient and timely manner

City Council Meeting Dates
Dates highlighted in red will be held on Tuesday at 6:00 p.m.
All other meetings held on Monday’s at 6:00 p.m.
 

The city clerks office is responsible for issuing business licenses, updating codes & ordinances, recording the council agenda & minutes, and much more.
